I SPOKE TO ALTEC AND THEY BELIEVE ITS A SOLENOID SO WE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED THE PRICE FOR A PERSON THAT WANTS TO TAKE A CHANCE OR HAS THE WHREWITHALL TO FIX IT.
